get enough sleep. do what you need to do to make sure you do. Don’t ever let anyone, including yourself, talk you into doing something you value less than being happy and healthy the next few days.
Appreciate it, too, if you can. This can be hard, but I suspect most people have had difficulty falling asleep, or staying asleep, or simply planning their schedule so they get as much as they need.
